Has The Church Lost Recognition of Scripture, and Gained Recognition of Them Self?

Biblical knowledge is the key to truth, but also the key to true evangelism, a lifestyle of worship, prayer, and full-filled prophecy through the Scriptures.

Paul confirmed this letter of instruction to the church in his letter of Corinth in 1 Corinthians 14:37-38 saying,

“If anyone thinks he is a prophet or spiritual, let him recognize that the things which I write to you are the Lord’s commandment. But if anyone does not recognize this, he is not recognized.” – The Apostle Paul

To continue, Paul does encourage his brethren in the church of Corinth to earnestly desire to prophecy, and to not forbid speaking in tongues. But as Paul states in 1 Corinthians 14:40 “But all things must be done properly and in an orderly manner.”

Remember this IS the instruction for the Corinthians as it is for churches today. Because Paul instructs us “to do ALL THINGS in a proper, and orderly manner.” But through what:

The things Paul writes to us are the “Lord commandments.” – 1 Corinthians 14:37-38 once more in summary.

But sadly; tremendous amount of the global church have abandoned Paul’s instructions to the church. They have lost sight of proper and orderly spiritual worship.

Why? Because they do not “recognize the Lord’s Commandments.” They only recognize their self-centeredness opinion of their sinful flesh desires just like Corinth did, and ignore instruction. Examples:

Some Christians entitle themselves to be known as Prophets just as Paul or simply spiritual . . .

Of course there is nothing wrong with desiring this position in us in our orderly worship to God as Paul said, “let him recognize that the things which I write to you are the Lord’s commandment.”

But it’s the complete opposite; instead some Christians DO NOT want to recognize Paul’s instructions to the church, which are God’s word. Because remember Paul was the Prophetic writer here, not you, or me. We are only servants of Christ (Colossians 1), not prophets. But with Paul’s instructions of orderly instructive worship in light of the Bible we are to be recognized. But, now Christianity is growing to be recognized without scripture, and didn’t Paul stress to us, to abide in HIS instructions, along with Christ, and the rest of the 66 books of the Bible, and not our own. Yes, indeed Paul did!

But the problem is how can we recognize this people who are stealing of The Apostle’s Paul’s credibility from our Lord. Well I’ll throw out some helpful tips of how they normally act within the church.

These self-centered lost Christians:

1)   They ignore and make all the excuses to not abide in biblical knowledge and to stay rooted in scripture (Didn’t Satan do this to Christ in Matthew)?

2)   They completely abolish the Lord’s Commandments (do not recognize it) – 1 Corinthians 14:37-38

3) And they worship in their own immoral, childish, explicit manner. Not orderly instructive manner as Paul instructed the church.

Leading to what? Not be recognized. Instead, their version and false philosophy of their god is recognized them which they think IS God himself. But in reality, their flesh is the only style of worship being recognized in the first place. Satan and the Demons even use the Bible to make worship? Didn’t Satan do the tempter, who is crafty deceive Eve in the Garden by misquoting Genesis 3 when the fall of man happened? Yes! And it was all because Eve did not have the Word of God by her side. Who say fake Christians won’t as well? But Satan also denies, biblical knowledge of Scripture just like he told Eve to do so in the Garden of Eden, and lives an open lifestyle of his own worship. Didn’t God create us to worship HIM and HIM alone? Yes, but since we are all sinners we have to continuously be in HIS WORD to know HIS TRUTH! Which these Christians are not!

Psalms 150:6 tell us, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!”

And doesn’t John 4:24 tell us,

“God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth?”

Absolutely! Furthermore didn’t Paul consistently remind the early churches to love another, by also loving God the father? By abiding in HIS instruction which God gave Paul the words? YES!

The point is, these Christians label themselves as spiritual prophetic prophets who can grant down revelation, spiritual gifts, prayers, blessings, healings without Paul’s biblical instruction from the Lord Commandments as see in Corinthians 14. When this happens, they lose recognition of God, and recognition of themselves. The reason churches have been growing is because we are losing sight of God’s true word and given them RECOGNITION, rather then God, when Paul did stress DO NOT RECOGNIZE THEM! I am completely guilty of this even myself, and my prayer today is, that as followers of Jesus Christ we would rise to the table, and 1 John 4:1 tells us, and “test the spirits” if the church! See if there is any biblical instruction, if there is no recognition of God’s instruction, but only recognition of their selfish instruction, deceit, and eternal damned man-made doctrine. Challenge their doctrine, and see if its God’s Word that is in-control of that church, if it isn’t flee! Because they do not have the Lord’s commandment’s, on their own, so they are not to be recognized as Paul said. And eliminating their popularity, their credibility and directed back to God’s word, would even possibly lead them to Salvation, and what a glorious place the church can be in light of scripture if every church abides in its roots!

Remember as Paul said, “but all things must be done properly and in an orderly manner.” – 1 Corinthians 14:40

Why Do Christians Suffer?

A question I thought to myself, “Why do we suffer?” I will let y’all answer this one. This is going to be one of my shorter posts on why I believe we suffer as Christians. The concern here is for Christians. What is this concern?

Why Do Christians Suffer?

A question I thought to myself, “Why do we suffer?” I will let y’all answer this one. This is going to be one of my shorter posts on why I believe we suffer as Christians. The concern here is for Christians. What is this concern?

Well, for starters:

  • Persecution
  • Doubt
  • Insecure Faith
  • Not enough Evidence
  • The Bible’s Moral Standards
  • Contradictions, and Errors

These are a few examples to why each day becomes harder and harder to continue in the Faith. We have the world keeps attacking our views, demanding answers, and scientific evidence that our God exists.

Their claim is if we have no physical or scientific evidence, therefore God doesn’t exist. Meaning we are deluded, illusion, irrational, ignorant, biased, closed-minded hypocrites. Who think they know better then everyone else, and their all wrong because they do not have faith in God. That is how Christianity is labeled today in a nutshell.

But all because of what?

Atheist’s response:

“Because your god told you so!”

Their beliefs:

God doesn’t exist without the evidence. 2) Historical manuscripts are not considered evidence anymore. 3) Only discoveries found in the laboratory are accurate.

Also when debating smart Atheist who knows the Bible more then a Christian does, “Literally, not Spiritually” when they ask you a question, they proves their point of God being non-existent because we lack the evidence according to them. Your wrong, just know that. You are wrong. That is what they think. All they want is evidence, once the evidence (God) appears they will begin to believe. So what happens now is, You have been put into a situation of doubt with your faith in Jesus. Your God is now on the line. Normally what we do is we go to the Bible to re-affirm our faith or dig deeper to become a stronger Christian. This is great for our faith, but its terrible according to Atheism. According to Atheists and secular psychologists your psychology struggling with some type of disorder called “The Backfire Effect.”

“Confirmation bias (also called confirmatory bias or myside bias) is a tendency of people to favor information that confirms their beliefs or hypotheses.[Note 1][1] People display this bias when they gather or remember information selectively, or when they interpret it in a biased way. The effect is stronger for emotionally charged issues and for deeply entrenched beliefs. They also tend to interpret ambiguous evidence as supporting their existing position. Biased search, interpretation and memory have been invoked to explainattitude polarization (when a disagreement becomes more extreme even though the different parties are exposed to the same evidence), belief perseverance (when beliefs persist after the evidence for them is shown to be false), the irrational primacy effect (a greater reliance on information encountered early in a series) and illusory correlation (when people falsely perceive an association between two events or situations).”

But one thing I realize about Atheist is they are not limited on their research because they believe in nothing, except their evidence. So now I’m convinced that since Atheist believe in nothing but their evidence? Then they use the backfire effect as well. Their whole argument just contradicted themselves. Why, evidence to them is different from what Christians claim to be evidence. Realize I’m not talking materialistic evidence here. I’m talking “faith, spiritual, and sacrificial evidence.” That is the differences here when it comes to evidence. Christians rely on science yes, we rely on historical manuscripts, but also spiritual experiences and encounters with God. This takes place in our Faith with Him. As to Atheist, they just rely on the materialistic part of the evidence, without the spiritual faith. Atheist have faith in their evidence, but not in their spiritual evidence because they do not believe in spiritual evidence. So what do Christians and Atheists have Faith in common with. Their physical evidence, but not spiritual evidence. Atheists do not believe in spiritually. According to the backfire effect, its a disorder.

So back to the points

We suffer back their right, and were wrong, but yet we live in a world that consistently changes, updates, and edits their own psychological, scientific, or historical books ALL THE TIME! We have political science books, world history books, biology, anatonomy, cosmology, and all these books of the new 2012 edition, 2013, 14. Coming out because secularism either found a new discovery, or got something wrong in the old text because it actually wasn’t true. My point being is,

They argue how can the Bible be true if it has ANY errors, contradictions, what-so-ever. I tell ya, the Bible has been a lot less edited then the books have that our elementary, middle, and high school, and college professors have been editing throughout the past few years. Let’s examine their mistakes real quick:

1) Evolutionists proclaim evolution happened millions to billions years ago and some how fishes learned how to walk and eventually evolved into the caveman, but yet. . . it is true and some how it happened. So therefore this is the evidence. Next year it won’t be.

2) A Christian would reply John 1:1 or Genesis Chapter 1. Funny, the Bible was edited little, but has mantained to stay the same over a period of a couple thousand of years!

3) Atheist, and secularists textbooks change because of their evidence and its possibly being edited because its not true and they want to make it appeal to their crowd which is the world. Of course it’s a cool discovery, I love what stuff they find, but why do they always update, edit, and move on to more evidence. To have a solid, strong argument, a strong truth. Just like Christians do. But they need so much more. Because they lack the spiritual evidence. So therefore they do stuff without God.

Another example that their evidence isn’t true

Well. . .

Secularists believed Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, and Isaac Newton were atheists, but actually they were not. Most were theist. Their again is another lie and error. And Secularists are saying that sense my Bible has minor, error, contradictions in its not true, but their evidence is? That is pure selfishness, pride, ignorance, and disrespect. But of course a secularists isn’t going to respect anything that has to with God because of his moral standards. They don’t want to live up to God to take account of their sins once judgement day comes. Funny news is we all are. Be ready friend.

Points here shows for us suffering as believers the world is its own kingdom. It’s own god, it’s own moral code. They are trying to knock God out of it. Eventually they probably will, especially if we do not stand up for truth and if were not prepared for it. My goal here was to expose their weakness. I did because they exposed ours. We have every right to do so. So my encouragement to y’all today would,

1) You do not have a psychological disorder

2) Your Bible has ALOT less error then their BIG contradicted man made evidence

3) Therefore, how can their evidence be true, if their claims keep on changing?  I mean come on they believed Albert Einstein was an atheist. What makes an atheist look even more stupid is when they quote God’s non-existence using a quote from Einstein. As Einstein called them “fanatical atheists.” Because even Einstein believed in God, just not the biblical God.

So Christians just be ready since your in the wicked’s Kingdom to be attacked. Have a strong community you can rely on here in this world, and be prepared to be told you do not believe in truth, and your wrong. Because the world wants to knock us down. Isn’t that what the serpent did to eve in Gen 3, what Satan did to Jesus in Matthew 4, and what the Sons of God, and Nephilim did to God’s creation in Genesis 6? God then flooded the whole world for it. Because he cared for his people. Furthermore God’s word has a lot less error, then made’s word. God’s word is the same, yesterday, today, and tomorrow! These errors were in the original manuscripts. Why? No prophet, or apostle, or disciple, was even perfect. God knows perfectionism, is a tool of satan, but the world knows its a tool of acceptance, tolerance, and its cool to abide it. God despises it. So let’s hold tight to His word!

Matthew 24:12-13 says, “Because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.”

Ramakrishna and Shiva the Destroyer (Hindu Gods)

The religion “Hinduism,” has a lot of different personalities that I cannot even begin to expand upon. From Karma, Brahman, to smaller Castes of life like, the Brahmin, and the Vaishya Castes. Their goal in Hinduism plays a large variety of God’s and helpers of extensive life with unique personalities and different abilities to maneuver the universe to keep it healthy.  I discovered a quote from a God Ramakrishna who makes the Hindu lifestyle seem quite appealing in the Hindu tradition.

Ramakrishna claims to “Seeing God Everywhere?” I do not blame her for this. In the Hindu tradition some Hindu’s believe God is in everything that they do in nature. For example think of Legendary Pokémon Celibi, Latias and Latios. They all work together in the Pokémon world to keep evil from happening, and their helpers which are the rock, grass, thunder, water, shadow, and ghost types of Pokémon life, help around the world to protect the universe from evil Pokémon when they attack and try to ruin the world. But this analogy brings me back to the quote “Seeing God Everywhere” (Phillip Novak 46-47), we see that Gods work through everything which is also in me or you, and even through the younger Castes of life. What really struck me on this quote was, “Every conscious being we gaze upon is then perceived as God” (46-47). Example Pokémon are beings who can be perceived as God through out the universe. Ramakrishna continues to tell us, “Inanimate structures as well are God. . . . But the most complete Divine Manifestation, surprising as it may seem, is this human reality, this subtle nervous system—a potential expanse of illumination greater than the physical cosmos and the eternal heavenly father” (46-47) If this is the true reality of God, that the Human Reality really is the Divine Manifestation of Heaven and Hell, this means were going to continue to live on earth, reproduce, and construct life in our own Godly image just like the Legendary Pokémon do! Both dead and living creatures are Gods, and the Human Reality is the greatest reality out of the cosmos and the Heavenly realms. I personally think if this is true, and I am a God, I would one, radical God. The reason why this is my favorite quote, I believe it gives everyone the chance to be God, and have a chance in Heaven an infinite amount of times. The opportunities of being different God’s in different Humanistic lives are endless and full of potential to keep the universe going!

On the other hand, speaking of other God’s in the view of Pokémon according to the Human Reality my favorite God art work would be “Shiva the Destroyer” (Bowker, John 24-25). I love Shiva because he is very creative. The Drum Beat of Creation summons new life. Shiva is dancing over a dead body which is the known as the Demon Slayer. He killed this Demon Apasmara because, “it represents the ignorance of all teaching that all opposites’ examples good and evil are false” (24). Shiva demonstrates with this dance that he is victorious! The Circle of Fire is legit because it is a representation of his dance. The Ring of Flames in The Circle of Fire demonstrates “the forces of darkness and light” (25). Shiva the God of all opposites becomes unified as one when he dances with The Circle of Fire. Then my favorite is The Seven Holy Rivers. Nothing is cooler then receiving eternal life from one of the seven rivers in India. Shiva the distributer of these Seven Holy Rivers, stood beneath the sanctified waters of the Ganges River—“for the Hindus the symbol of eternal life” it is believed that the eternal life fell into torrents to the earth and the waters flowed through his locks and divided seven different rivers which formed the holy rivers according to (John Bowker).

That being said, Ramakrishna I call her, “The God of Human Reality” tells us like life is. We are the God’s of our reality dead or living. We make life what it is, and Shiva the Destroyer will be dancing happily ever after in The Circle of Fire over Apasmara’s dead body rejoicing in this true reality along with me!

Gifts of the Spirit “Targeting Biblical Truth” PT1

Gifts of the Spirit “Targeting Biblical Truth

Welcome to my article Gifts of the Spirit “Targeting Biblical Truth.”

Today in this read were going to go into the scriptures about The Gifts of the Spirit. The best way to have a solid understanding about these spiritual gifts is letting God educate us on what HIS Word has to say about this. Remember God is our instructor. He conducts what goes on in EVERYONES life. Rather a believer or a deceiver. Christ works for the greater good. If we want Christ to work for the greater good in our lives we need to study up on scripture to prepare our hearts before the world. So let’s dive into GIFTS. OF. THE. SPIRIT!

To dive in, I’m a Christian. I’ve always wondered what Gifts meant. What usually comes to mind is birthdays, Christmas, or holiday Gifts. I think of Gifts, as something we receive. After we receive it we open it. Then we open ourselves up to it. Why?  We love the Gift.  We received! Now think of the Gift like this? Once we have this Gift we will use it! Now let’s redirect ourselves back to this “Gift” or present we’ve received, opened, and now have, but it’s no ordinary Gift, it’s an angelical Gift. Maybe it’s a symbolic Gift? NO! It’s a Spiritual Gift! HOLY COW! A Spiritual Gift! Besides Salvation, this is possibly one of the best Gifts the spirit will ever give us, but what is even cooler, HE HAS GIVEN US! DIFFERENT GIFTS! Oh, Lord… the excitement just keeps getting better! Now… we ponder about this Spiritual Gift? Holy Lord, God, Jesus, what Spiritual Gift is this? I want to ask you to pray earnestly in your heart, while reading this note, for God to manifest HIS Spirit in you. Now that we’ve opened up this Gift, its time to use it! But are you using your Gift? Well let’s find out what Gift means in Greek in order to see how we can use our Gift!

Gift in Greek means charisma χαρίζομαι

Charisma huh, I thought charisma meant intimidating someone? Well when we opened our presents we got pretty intimidated huh? Yeah! We want to know how to use it or even see if it is useful for today?! Let’s go to scripture. Let’s see what scripture tells us about different gifts and they’re used, which ones still can be used, and exist today. Let’s ask God!

Paul addresses the different bodies of the church in Romans 12:4-8. Let’s see what he informs us about the members of the church and how they function in different congregations around the world.

For just as we have many members in one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, withcheerfulness. – Romans 4-8 NASB

So what does Paul first inform us about the church and how the church functions?

  1. We have many members
  2. Many members in what?
  • One Body
  1. All the members of the church function differently.

Why do they not have the same “function?”

  1. Paul says, “We have different gifts according to the grace given to us.”
    • So we have different experiences, stories according to God’s grace. Our relationships are different. So Christ will allow The Holy Spirit to use us all different in His Body. For His purpose and how He wants us to function.

Paul does tell us to exercise are gifts accordingly, but to what?

Paul gives some examples on how to biblically exercise our gifts of the spirit:

If it’s Prophecy how would we exercise that gift?

  1. According to the proportion of “his” faith.
  • So we exercise Prophecy according to our Faith in Jesus.

If our gift is Service we practice that gift in our service to our church, or local communities.

            Some examples would be:

  1. Greeting
  2. Visitation
  3. Cooking
  4. Prayer
  5. Teaching
  6. Evangelism

If it’s teaching, we exercise our gift in Teaching by “Teaching.”

            Some examples would be:

  1. Studying your Bible, and then teaching it.
  2. Talking to your friends about Jesus.
  3. Praying for those in need of prayer.
  4. I believe personally it’s your lifestyle’s reflection off what The Bible teaches which is servitude, and stewardship.

If it’s Exhortation, we teaching through exhorting one another.

Examples:

  1. Strongly encourage or urge (someone) to do something.

If it’s Giving, give with liberality!

A great way to exercise this gift would be with”

                        – Kindness in your giving

                        – Bigheartedness in your giving

                        – Openhandedness in your giving

                        – To grant to give to one asking, let have

                        – To return something, you stole.

In Leadership we lead with diligence.

            Examples:

– to increase, make progress

– Bring someone out of their sin

– To guide a body believers carefully, guard their hearts with Scriptural Truth.

And those who show and exercise Mercy withcheerfulness!

Explanation:

– Kindheartedness or good will towards the wretched and the afflicted united with a desire to help them.

So what do we have here?

Churches around the globe, functioning in the body of Christ.

Realize these the Churches in our world are all ONE, but different parts of the BODY of Jesus exercising their gifts across the nations and the world to make HIM known. Remember Paul told us, “individually members one of another” of what though?

One Body in Christ and individually member’s one of another

So now we have a One Body in Christ with individual members around the world. That is pretty darn cool! I’m a member of any ONE BODY THAT IS ACROSS THE WHOLE WORLD! WOW! Blows my mind! Plus that have gifts of the spirit! That every member gets to be apart of:

Prophecy

Service

Teaching

Exhortation

Giving

Leadership

Mercy

All given to us according to His grace and people wonder why they can never figure out what God’s plan is for them. Well Paul distinctively tells us here to exercise our gifts and we will work in the body of Christ! We must prophecy with our faith, serve in the church, teach ourselves the word of God, exhort one another, give back to God, give to the poor, lead others, and through all the pain and suffering love our enemies as Christ loved us. AMEN! That is how we know what God has planned for our lives.

But in order to keep constructing the church allowing the ONE BODY of Christ across the globe to function properly we must all take part in what were doing. If someone does not know where to start. Pray first and ask God for a clear pathway to his plan in your life. That happens when we first dedicate ourselves to Him. Meaning to die to ourselves, and gain Christ.

Romans 3:12 tells us this, Paul wrote,

“For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.” – Romans 3:12 NASB

This begins, by not thinking highly of ourselves, but to have sound judgment! We have sound judgment by judging everything by the Word. Not ourselves, if we do think about yourselves according to biblical principles when functioning in the body of Christ.

Then 1 Corinthians 7:7 tells us this

“Yet I wish that all men were even as I myself am. However, each man has his own gift from God, one in this manner, and another in that.”

Scripture clearly lets us know we have our own gifts. Paul even wishes we could function the same, but we can’t. Because God’s grace has given us a specific task! A Specific power just for me and you! We have one gift in this manner, and another in that one.

Then, 1 Corinthians 12:4 informs us this “Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.” – Biblical truth that by God’s grace given to us through HIS grace we have been equipped with a specific gift out of these varieties of gifts through the same Spirit in ONE body to function individually for him.

1 Peter 4:10 says it best,

“As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”

Remember this, you opened that gift, it was given to you by the grace of God to function in the ONE BODY of Him (Christ) across the globe. It’s a special gift employed for serving our family as good stewards for the manifold of God. I pray the Holy Spirit has used me to open the eyes of many including myself and to apply these principles to our lives and to not be a divided body, but a united body. Paul preached so wholeheartedly on this. This is his heart for Christ, it should be ours as well.
